On November 10th, 2022 (2022.314) a nonrecoverable data loss occurred for Terra MODIS. The unrecoverable data loss impacts time 2022.314/01:47:48 - 314/01:52:37, which occurred during a night time orbit over South America. The L1B emissive bands and geolocation were reviewed and granules 01:45 and 01:50 were verified to contain this data loss. Processing has been closed and the data is not recoverable. The two images below shows the L1B emissive band and geolocation information for granule 01:45.
