Instructions (during the MODIS Product Checkout Period):
Data Ordering Using MEBDOS

The link to MEBDOS is http://mtvs1.nascom.nasa.gov:8001/.   Registered users can start ordering data right away.  If you have not already register as a user you should register at least 24 hours before ordering your first data set.

Please do not use MEBDOS to order more than 50GB of data at a time. Currently any data order greater then 50GB will jam the system so that nobody gets data. If you want to check or delete any or your data orders click on "View Personal Orders" on the MEBDOS main page. Also, delete the data order as soon as you retrieve the data to allow orders for other users to be staged.

Example Subscription Request Email

Note, since it is unknown whether qualified subscritptions are implemented, subscriptions should limited to email notifications and not be used for ordering data. Ordering data with an unqualified subscriptions will return all of the products inserted!

The following is an example subscription email sent by David Roy to EDC for the Dry-run of the MOSS3 test.
